how do you turn logging on ? all you do is paste it in .ini file ? and most importantly is this legal on P1999 to do this ?
Might be wrong on this but:

1. Create a social hotkey labeled "Auction 1" or anything you'll remember.
2. Type /log on
3. Type out your auction message with item links included in /ooc as you normally do, hit enter to send it like you normally do
4. Type /log off
5. Camp out of the client/game entirely
6. Go to "Logs" folder in your EQEmu directory, look for the one you just created (it's not dbg.txt obviously)
7. Look for where your auction message shows up and copy the ENTIRE message, with the funny little unknown box characters and item codes that should surround all of the items you linked.
8. Go back to main EQEmu directory and look for your character name .ini file. Open it, find the hotkey "Auction 1" or whichever you named it, under the [Social] section and enter /ooc + paste what you just copied into the Line1. Should resemble this:

[Socials]
Page2Button1Name=Auction 1
Page2Button1Color=0
Page2Button1Line1=/ooc Here's all the shit you just copied, that hopefully includes item codes.

Save the file, reload EQ.

Only reason I'm doubtful of this method is that I'm not 100% sure if this client gave you item link codes when you used the /log command. I seem to recall at one time having to type ;tell [Item Link] while you used /log to get it to throw the codes out. Idk, sry if confuse.
