there is an issue with the client wanting to report the regen rate that exists at the time of the client and how it conflicts with the regen rate of the server which reflects that of classic.
Like if im sitting and a tick happens it will be like .... then .. when it registers with the server and the server is like nu uh you didnt get back that much. Could this be causing the issue you're seeing with Canni?
