I seen the numbers. But that doesn't answer my question. The 2 questions I provided were to be read in conjunction. I see the number but have not seen or experienced project 1999 game play. Is there enough to trade and group with and stuff? Or is it pretty empty?

theres plenty, with 600 ish around online at primetime, a lot of the popular zones have 20-40+ people in them, and with global ooc trading and often times lfg is not very difficult

PvP is very generously "opt-in" on everquest - you can go to the arena and even hand in your tome to the priest of discord if you really feel like PvPing. Unsurprisingly, almost no one does either of those things.
Also, training people is waaaaaay funner when you can't kill them normally. | ||
