There's plenty of proof. It doesn't matter.

There is no punishment for cheating in groups, this has been demonstrated on both servers multiple times.

350+ Caught cheating? Free pass
Hololost caught exploiting? Punish then remove punishment, AKA free pass
Nihilum caught exploiting? Free pass
TMO caught exploiting? Free pass
