1) Park a non-kos alt at Lucan's spawn.
2) /log on
3) Leave alt logged in for up to a week.
4) Go through log file in your EQ directory, find log message of him spawning/getting buffed/casted on/death message.
5) You now have approximate (or actual) death timer.
6) Come back 7 days later, kill Lucan.
