Not to say op is right about neutrality amelinda, but why isnt Harrison banned?

I reported him twice yesterday, once for stating that my opinions should be considered irrelevant because i had an account banned on blue for cheating (which is false) and once for straight up calling me an imbecile in a non-rnf thread.

Wasnt he banned expressly for that kind of behavior? Told to tone it down?

Is it because someone knows him IRL and hes got major RL issues that you guys cannot muster up the strength to kick him out?

At this point, the humanitarian angle is to ban him forever so he puts a stop to this spamming the same thing 50 times a day and get him on the right track, getting started on cooking lessons or whatever. This forum cant be good for his mental health, especially not with 100 people on the forums annoyed with him, egging him on.
