All of the prices on items are really falling recently. I would say this is a combination of duped plat making its way out of the economy and IB dumping a ton of high end gear.

If you sold this account in January I would say 250k for the Soul Leech MQ and 150k for a 51 troll SK with a guise. Of course, back then a Hiero Cloak was 65k instead of 40k, a Cloak of Flames was 300k instead of 150k, etc.
