Default Better Trolling Bureau

I would like to assemble a council. I will be the chairman until a vote can be reached. We will discuss the fine art, and highly esteemed past time of trolling. We will debate what is appropriate forum content, and what is not good taste. We will raise a standard and have a stamp of approval which members can bear to show they are accordance with the Bureau.

You see. We as a community need to make things easier on the GM's. With Steaks11, SeriouslyNotAmes, and CastVersion27.5, freely practicing the craft despite numerous attempts to undermine and ban them ,it is inevitable that trolls deemed to be unfit will continue to find ways new, innovative ways to troll. We must police ourselves. The fine art of trolling has taken several blows recently, IP bans from forums, and Mibbit no longer supported by Irc to name a few. Do we want to be known as troublemakers, ruffians, rowdies, and hooligans? Or do we want to open and engage in sincere dialogue about a highly misunderstood and historically suppressed art form.

Some thing I would like to propose.

No more racist language.
HOWEVER- free discussion about racial differences backed with statistics and scientific research would be acceptable pending vote.

No posting RL pics on forums.
HOWEVER- links to pictures hosted on another website, with a caption stating "for educational purposes only" would be acceptable.

No attacks on GM's.
However- links to articles hosted on other websites which pinpoint volatile issues regarding RMT, corruption, and other issues deemed appropriate by the Bureau Council would be acceptable.

I hope the Staff will appreciate this notion to have us help in the removal of unproductive forum contributors, ad see it as us extending a hand in friendship. A friendship which can blossom and help usher in a Golden Age of Project 1999 forums.

Should have quit while you were ahead after the Goofus and Gallant thread. Clearly over confident due to positive reinforcement handed out by delusional peer group. Thread is only funny for its unintended irony: the implication the regulars have anything but a rudimentary grasp of artful trolling. Please revise and repost, preferably with something funny next time.

supreme still spends more time in RPG then with family and raising kids.

barkingturtle, literally contributes nothing to forums, and is nihilum exploiter.
also "unintended irony" how do you know what angle i was going for?

from here on out. Trolls not considered regular and part of main lodge posts will be stamped for disapproval.

Because you're predictable.

Not Harrison predictable but you're really operating with pretty limited capabilities, you know?
