Game Mechanics: Trak Guts take BP slot in loot table

So it's a 2 in 9 shot per Trak kill? (7 BP's, mana robe, guts).
Trakanon has died around 20 times since epics launched. If the odds were over 20% of one gut per kill with a bit under 5% chance of 2 in one kill, we should have seen 4 or 5 guts by now.
Maybe the RNG hates bards, but something seems off.
