Okay there are 3 different versions of spell: ice comet.

• 1. Spell: Ice Comet
• 2. Spell: Ice Comet [quested/crafted]
• 3. Spell: Ice Comet [crafted]

1. Droppable. Only from Lady Vox.

2. No drop. Tradeskillable with rune of frost/rune of the astral OR from Tarton's Wheel quest.

3. Droppable. Only from Planes of Power -> research.


#3 will never be seen here.
