if you ninjaloot something from a full raid you will have to give it back , suspension is UNLIKELY if you give it back

if you ninjaloot from a group or 2 groups or even 3 , item is yours

i can tell you tons of cases from rallos all the way through zek where i spoke with gms

i even saw a bastard troll sk yoink my fabled opalescent and gm did not care at all

i did get one a couple hours later but he got it scott free ( and it wasnt easy to camp ) and mob hit for 6k and required super tank + healer

on red99 you can however do anything you want

If someone is in range ninja looting shuld be fair game imo, on pvp server anyway, if they are oor then I wouldn't mind seeing the item get taken away, in they are in range u can pvp them ect ect, if they are oor u cant really do anything to them, and we dont want everyone camping out lvl 30's and 35's at every raid boss or contested camp or epic mobs when they get here ( this is mainly just for no drop items anyway isnt it) any dropable item shuld be looted when killed lol to prevent it this.

Harrison makes a great point, but instead of having a discussion about you, you turn this into a RNF against him.

This server is horrible at ostracizing the hackers, boxers, cheaters, trainers, griefers, and all around assholes. Because of this, what makes you think Ninja-looting would be any different? If someone Ninja looted from Nihilum, they would join Holocaust or already be in Holocaust. If someone did the same to Holocaust, they would probably be in or be joining Nihilum.

Some GM intervention is needed to keep the asshole population in check, so the rest of the server can thrive.

No, its not a good point.

How many times can a person do this before hes burned? One time to nihilum, outed on the forums, joins holocaust. Does it to holocaust, hes done.

Many posts have now been devoted to an issue that isn't even an issue. How many ninja looting threads have there been in reference to an actual issue?
