That's not what your screenshot shows. Your screenshot doesn't show any IP exemption abuse; it shows a player /q'ing and you killing them before they leave the game. Sirken and Amelinda have told you morons several times that you need evidence before they can punish someone. If you think the screenshots you posted are enough proof to ban someone then I seriously hope you never GM on any server.

Also I have no bias at all. If someone in Nihilum exploits I'll report it just as I would report someone in Holo.
