Is it possible to zone to TD not on boat

Since you cant bind in TD i was hoping i could bind right by the zone and just walk over, but is this even possible? Do you need to be on the raft to zone to TD?

Yes, you have to be on the boat or you don't zone.

It's the same with all boats that cross zone lines. There is no zone line that is crossed, like when you would go from East to West freeport.

The boat essentially hits a point in its script where it teleports its riders to the other side of the zone line, where there is hopefully another boat waiting for them to land on [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Therefore, no boat to teleport you + no zone line to cross = no 'walking' into OOT or TD.
