idk if its broken but cmon, this drop rate is beyond ridiculous.. besides the fact that melees are way under-powered -- especially without jboots (they are beyond under-powered) please halp.

Same here. First char, took like 12+ hours. Second, an hour.

iv spent x3 12 hour shifts
then a 18 hour...

not including ALL the times iv been in there getting exp, iv watched boots drop x3 ina row
then later , 2 in a row, n day later, another 3 IN A FUCKING R O W.

that was when server had jus opened... i bet my balls that they decreased the drop rate w.o telling anyone... i saw it wit my own 2 eyes..
im 50 now and stil dont have jboots.
gave up. fuck u

yeah they def must have.. its really ridiculously rare now.. jboots are an essential clicky for every class (maybe a bit more essential for pure melees but still)
