If you're using the car that was stolen from you to run drugs?

Put you both in jail?

Exactly they would put both (RMT seller and buyer) in the metaphorical jail (they not gonna let you play on either P99 or Live server)

They not gonna demolish the roads that thieves were driving on (P99 server)

Besides... if they were as gung ho about shutting down RMT as you seem to believe..

why are all the websites that still sell RMT on live still up and running. Trust me.. its a ton more active on live. They ban players all the time.. they don't stop the RMT websites heh.

They probably not gonna waste their time on people that cheat on a not for profit server.

Somehow I don't think somewhere between 10-20,000$ in potential RMT since the server has existed is going to get ignored by Sony because "well, we told them not to".

They acknowledge it exists, yet they don't take the servers down.

Any profits made on this server = Sony can get out the fuck stick imo. They can do whatever they want.

Making money off the site that hosts the forums is fine and I register no complaint against that.

They don't want to go after p99 because it would be a waste of resources and there's a small chance of a loophole/etc being found and SOE getting countersued for some bullshit

It's funny, there are WoW EMUs with literally thousand upon thousands of players that "donate" (Read: RMT) for items. Molten-WoW has 8-10 (don't remember since Cataclysm Launch) servers that are all normally capped at 4k players each

Careful what you wish for.

I don't want the server gone, I want the ass holes who could cause this to be gone. It is obvious who these individuals are.
