Cazic Cenobite & PH not Spawning in Cazic Thule
I have been hanging out in the Sphere Room / Avatar of Fear room the past two days and i have not seen the Cazic Cenobite or his place holder spawn at all.

someone is logging in and killing it and logging out. It's common for raid guilds to park alts down there to do this.
