The platinum fire wedding rings roughly are:
100pp per platinum bar, 55pp per fire opal (when purchased in SolRo). That of course is at cost. How much you're willing to pain for the running around and combine is another story. Sorry, no clue about black sapphire costs but it is the third rarest gem in the game currently. Best bet is to get a guildy to farm one for you unless you have a good surplus of money.
