Spam in /ooc and /auction

I have seen the patch notes, but it simply isn't enough. Auction channel is getting power spammed. Not really a problem in ooc anymore.

Auction has been getting raped for days and having to /ignore asshole every 5 minutes gets old after about the 3rd time...

But the patch notes say that the fix is for Auction also...

Rogean: Spam Prevention: Players level 1-4 can only send 1 message into OOC and Auc 3 times per minute. Players over level 4 can send 10 messages per minute.
