That is impossible.

They spawned there and there is no way that any other situation is possible given the information overflowing from that screenshot.

Also, there is no way that they are currently engaged, or previously engaged with, a golem which would start his DT chaining. That is impossible. I mean it's not like they, as Lazortag pointed out, said it in guild or anything of the sort.
