Holocaust and Nihilum are not banned so a minimum of 25% of population are in-fact cheaters by that fact alone and none banned.

This poll is a gauge of interest in punishing them as the rules state they should be or harsher. No one cares about your insignificant opinions about me. This is about the server's health.
