In all reality, the only reason you guys have a partnership is because IB needs you for CT. That partnership isn't really one either. TMO knows it, IB knows it, most VD know it too.

Of course TMO wants to avoid competition with IB/VD at all costs... they would love to compete with IB only and/or VD only after having absorbed DA, Enigma, Poison, and who knows who else.
