Fortunately it is not always level 51, and only the level 51 version summons

Shortly after the screenshot above, I found 3 different sub-51 Gullerbacks alive in the zone at the same time and killed them (trying to do wurmy quest)... but damn it took a long time just tabbing through them sticking the frost and fire chants.
