Game Mechanics: Instument Modifiers *STILL* bugged

Yeah the only reason we keep posting bugs is cause you're working so hard at em. Haynar = bard deity. To the plank with Agnosim!

And on that note:

I made another thread but it's already on the second page with no replies soo...
While casting songs quickly, the cast bar begins to start counting down, then vanishes. This happens any time you try to quickly change songs, if you wait more than 1s or so to change, it works fine. FYI the song does actually still cast, it's only the castbar that goes poof.

The only problem with this is for those of us on high ping connections we can't twist 4 songs reliably because we can't see when the timer's going to end and have to kind of guestimate it.

Also it's a horrendously annoying bug for lowbie bards that still get spell fizzles all the time. Spell fizzles and the vanishing cast bar look identical except for one leaves your spell icons greyd out and the other does not.
