What kind of macro were you thinking was going to help when you need precise footwork, timing, and mouse movement between running, changing instruments, and singing songs? Third party programs are not allowed and actually will likely be swiftly detected these days on P99. (That will get you banned)
Really the only thing that will work with a swarm kite here is manual control, because you have to get close, and it's difficult due to the way hitboxes effectively work. You can succeed given a little effort, skill, and experience, and it will either be frustrating and inefficient for you, or one of the most rewarding things you've ever done as a gamer.

I knew a guy in peace pipe who supposedly used some kind of pecking mechanism to kite in perfect circles. I forget his name but it was really cool. Either way you don't need outside help, it's not hard to learn.

AOE kiting isn't as bad as you think. Start small in EK at 18 with gorge hounds, expect to die a few times, and then once you get the hang of it you can fly through levels.
Be fair warned: its boring as hell, its not nearly as hard as everyone claims, and GROUP sometimes. So wep skills don't go to hell.

Work your way up in numbers (and levels) as you get more comfortable with the timing and movements and as you have perfect kites more and more often. It is NOT boring unless you are an absolute god at kiting, because unless you're an absolute god, death is just 1/10 of a second of lag or a slip of a finger or a twitch of the wrist away. And even then, it's not like root rot or fear kiting or straight up meleeing something down is more interesting... so at the very least this is no more/less boring than any other solo class. And if you don't want to group, you can always fear-kite a low blue and beat on it from behind

I agree though that it gets insanely boring. I went from 2-32 on red99 using ae kiting. By the high 20's the boredom was actually killing me.
