I do think having new players default into a starter guild so they can more easily group would be a better solution.

the root of the problem is that half of the people on this server act like retarded white trash rejects. not many care to put up with that kind of stupid shit just to play a 12 year old game.

Aside from this being mostly an endgame issue (aka, NOT where the server bled players), I think your Nihilums and Fish Baits are actually healthy for the server. They give the purplebies who want blue EQ with PvP to decide territory issues a home. And as you said, that's the majority of the playerbase. This gives the red sharks who have been playing eqPVP like it's a job for the last decade easy pickings, no? I'm sure most of the real PVPrs would rather be heroically defending Nagafen outnumbered against a guild rather than actually killing Nagafen. It's just way better game play.

As far as resists go, I agree with you, but everyone tries to bitch/troll for changes they want. That's just life. Where's that Sirken quote?

Getting really tired of level 30-50s trying to speak for the lower level playerbase. Everyone wants to convince you that newcomers aren't playing because of the personality of the playerbase.

This has zero to do with it.

You are just projecting your own personal vendettas and grievances.

The reason we are not playing is because it is impossible to facilitate groups on this server at the lower end.
