For the record, the damage cap came off (at least for the bows I have access to) at 15. Prior to this it was 12 (14 on a crit, which starts at lvl 13).

And for you anti-ranger-bows-aren't-dps-stop-asking-stupid-questions-and-reroll twits, bows are for utility and soloing. I never expected to use it for group dps.
