make typing in OOC flag you avail for pvp regardless of lvl bracket as well as give away the zone you're in. Combat those lvl 1 /ooc spammers imo.

No one cares about their level one being killed...just restrict it to 6+ and when they get banned it will cost them time. Of course, the fatslob neckbeard doing it over and over leveling to 6 just to spam can't be stopped, but it's better than letting these inbreds do it from 1 onward freely.
