Quest Issue: Bard test of voice

I added warnings to the wiki(both POSky and the bard page about it). After I had to await respawn.

I've just gotten used to the bards being switched from the Wiki and allah's. I'll update the Wiki if you decide not to switch them. I do not have any Classic Live experience on Sky tests to provide input.
