Sounds like crap, its bad enough having to hear nerdy high pitched voices while playing modern mmos now days if you want to raid, i don't want to stare at their face transformed onto their character as well. Having said that, i'll still buy it cause its EQ.

it's not putting their face on the character, it's using their face to show interaction.

basically RP fluff and will have no real use in game
