I'd aim for stricter enforcement on certain topics rather than shutting it down :P.

I think Nilbog came to the right mindset at one point regarding such things.

Should be low tolerance for PvP kills posted outside RNF. Wipe the box, GM favoritism threads, server dying threads and other ridiculous shit should = immediate ban.

i think they should ip ban instead of mac ban from forums , and if you get a forum ban your char in game locks for the duration , watch how fast it gets cleaned up

but then you have GM / guide babysitters and who wants to do that
