Just keep getting disconnected

I can login to the character creation screen and begin making a character. Once I finish, the game says loading Gloomingdeep mines or whatever and then disconnects me.

Any idea to why? Any help would be appreciated.
I thought that perhaps the mines are in this being that the mine was added later. Is there a way to bypass it if so?

I guess this is still a problem for me.

I am using the titanium version. My character is also not being created.

Had some issues the other day got Dc'd and was unable to get back on at all, today was playing and zoned in to KC and got Dc'd and now the program keeps unresponding even after multiple reboots.

Off hand, your not trying to make a unplayable combination of race and class are you? i.e. halfling ranger, or gnome paladin etc?

Yeah, I figured it out. Gnome shadow knights are th best improvement to the game ever.
