Gonna need more evidence than this.

If someone sent in that pic after using two charges, alla would have simply listed it as 1 charge as well. ( being as back then, all info and the pic belonged to the first person who submits an item )

The person saying it " has three charges now..." Is simply saying that when he looted his, they had 3, and assumed alla's info was 100% correct and said " now" assuming they were changed and used to be 1.


It could be true, but this poster obviously had no clue if there was a change. Its most likely an item submit with charges used.
