He has his correct scimitar. I'm sorry that you are too braindead to realize what an imbalanced proc it was when it originally came out. There are reasons it was nerfed to its current state, again we can make the same argument for a dozen different things that are not "classic" but have been altered to correct their early imbalance circa march-june 1999. The problem is none of you actually played on rallos back in 1999 so you wouldn't understand - let me do the talking and reasoning around here from now on.
