I was told 900 but I have not figured out actual cost yet.

One sheet of folded metal runs about 20.5 plat. The average mold is about 5 plat give or take. There are 13 pieces to a set. Some pieces require 2 sheets and 2 pieces require 3 sheets.

4 pieces at 25.5 plat = 102
7 pieces (2 sheets) at 51 plat = 357
2 pieces (3 sheets) at 76.5 = 153

Total cost excluding water flasks and fails and padded leather = 612.

If the smith has to pay for padding then it goes up from there. So for all the effort and heartache 900 to me seems not worth it. Total AC is 127

I've made a few pieces already and the fails are not as bad as you would think.

Default hmm

Correct me if i'm wrong but I think the going rate back in the day was 1pp per for banded, 2pp per ac for bronze and 5pp per ac for FS. I know that cost is gonna run higher here since there's a smaller crowd.
