p99 already has a mumble server.

Not much difference to encourage a 3rd party "OOC" compared to a built-in one.. if we have access to a recognized global chat, then should just implement it in the game where it's convenient that people will actually use ..

It is almost impossible to find a group without global chat. I went from CB to Unrest to FP and stopped at FP since there was nobody there and nobody to bind me.

Diablo3 won't release in Feb. Even if it does, it will be good for a couple of months tops. I'll still be punching in for raids etc.

Just have global ooc in game. You can always filter out all the dumb shit. with under 200 pop there needs to be an easier way to find groups. Making Lv 1 characters just to do a / in zones is stupid. Don't punish those who would make good use of global ooc because a few morons will abuse it.

Another feature that most players on this server don't seem to be aware of is turning off anon and role and staying in an exp zone that has a few solo spots... It makes it easy to find groups and such. I also search /who all 18 26 and see if anyone in my exp range isn't afraid of a finding a group.
