Don't forget: at least 100 people are in EC at any given time either AFK / trolling / or trying to buy and sell. At least when you see the Red99 population, you know they are FULLY IMMERSED.

R99 is entirely active players all leveling up in literally every zone, Blue has 400 afkers and 90% of whatever is left is an enchanter or necro waiting for their camp to respawn so that they can go back to AFKing.
