The p99 wiki is maintained by players and isn't necessarily accurate. In this case it's plainly wrong. The pbae mez never lasted 3 ticks.

I tried this song, but the duration is very short, I was able to see it on an CB orc pawn and after the pulse, the orc started attacking me again. Oh yeah, my charisma is 78. Stupid Grostuque Mask thingy.....

He has solid proof right there ... AE 6 seconds ... why are you guys so hateful to bards? Some guy steal your camp or something on your game character? Show me the patch notes where it classifies this as a BUG and not a change. I bet you can't and you'll instead just troll a needless response to avoid the question. Prove us wrong, though. Duration and cooldowns are generally never bugs, just changes/nerfs

It can sometimes be three seconds from when a DoT hits UNTIL a server tick. Or if you just landed a root, sometimes the server tick resist check would take it off within a second, because it hit barely before the server tick went off. They just keep coming every 6 seconds from the server.

Why do people think the bard ae mez doesn't last long enough? If you spam it every 3 seconds on something that never resists, it will never break. Isn't it only supposed to last one tick?

I just tried this again to confirm and had absolutely no breaks when spamming, which means you were doing it wrong, and there's nothing wrong with the spell as I suspected.
