Can't melee, and hp bars dont update

Since I logged on this afternoon I've been experiencing a weird issue. I cant melee anything, and yes I have a spear equipped and auto attack on etc. And mob hp bars aren't updating until I de-target them and then re-target them. Using this method I managed to somehow swing twice but since then I haven't been able to. I have patched the game up to its most current update and have relogged, restarted, and even restarted my router. Is anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas for me?

Oh yeah bro, running like 8 instances of it. Really though, I still havent been able to figure this out. I had to do a system restore and Im not sure if that had something to do with it. Looking like im gonna have to format anyways so a full reinstall ought to do the trick.

I get this problem if I spam click my track ability or if I hotkey it to my movement keys. I just have to zone and not mash track while fighting and it goes away.

Oh shit, wow I guess when I restored my system it moved my hotkeys back to an old setting and I had a pvp target button bound to w.. I think you just fixed it! Damn thanks so much!
