Default graphics card help, wutdo?

budget: like $200-300
processor: Intel 2nd Gen Core i5-2300 / 2.8 GHz
ram: 6 GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz,
power supply: 460.0 Watt, AC 120/230 V ( 50/60 Hz )
anything else you might need to know: click here

looking to buy new vid card info as above, my PSU is only 460W but i might be willing to upgrade it.

suggestions?

option b: is it worth waiting for the GTX 600's and HD 7000's and around how much will like a 6950 or 580 go down in price then (if like $20-40 then big whoop but if more than that i can wait)

if you really want professional grade, go for an IBM/LENOVO Tablet (what all engineering students are required to have for schooling), I do warn you they can exceed 5000$ but with them you really get what you pay for, their quality, Warranty and customer support are spoken of in a soft whisper by their competitors.
