Technically the only place you could port and bind someone at, you must be a Wizard though, is Gfay.

Its the only outside zone in the game that I know of that you can bind others anywhere in the zone.

yeah that was pretty much my point. That is also not even close to the max i've tipped before.

I've got a druid to come pick me up from a ring after he told me he "Wasn't fuckin porting right now", If he hadn't been the only porter to respond to me after 10mins of looking, i wouldn't have changed his mind with 2k.

I woulda done it... if only you let me mallet off you out of fear last week.

I had an enchanter slow herself and try to mallet off of me and she knocked me unconscious before she ported
