Fear should fear, charm should charm. PvP'rs shouldn't be afraid of real pvp.

Cast claimed to be a pvp champ, and one player griefed him off the server.

Why cry over things that won't happen
I might actually pray to God tonight that the goal of this server is Classic pvp and not something open to arm-chair devving and crying about shit like the WoW pvp forums of old.

The goal of this server is (or should be) simple, a classic implementation of Everquest pvp. Things weren't fair or balanced or in some cases just didn't work.

Should actually work in pvp and just apply snare also so people dont run at warp speed feared through dungeons.
AYE! If Enchantards can get a screen blackout that lasts a decent amount of time as well as mez and just keep you stupidly amounts of controlled for a long period of time, then I see no reasons why Necromancers cant get a PVP-worthy fear.

Here's why fear isn't going to be in the game fellas:

Bard's have an AE fear. On the past pvp server fear and charm were implemented, and bards were ridiculously overpowered. I would run into a full group in SOL B (lololol) drop an ae fear, keep spamming it, charm their monk, and have their monk kill their entire group.

Now as much fun as this was, it took zero skill and was insanely OP.

It also created less pvp as people would just run away without even trying...
