Quest Issue: Mammoth ate my Regurgatonic

I turned the Regurgatonic in to Mammoth and he ate it. No sign that he registered it, no faction hit, no exp, and no Bayle list.

Gnome has a chance to give you a bad Regurgatonic that wont work, its intended and part of the risk with the quest. You will have to try again, or kill Mammoth.

If you are a class that can cast Identify (all INT casters at level 16, I believe) you can "identify" whether or not the regurgitonic is a bad mix or a good mix.
