Its just insane that the GMs have posted they can no longer enforce the RMT rules....

IKR, they said something like...

"it takes too long to go through files and investigate everyone....."

why haven't they at least investigated the most popular one(s)?

Took Uthgaard all of a few minutes to go through some old transfer files he had. If this was brought up while he was still a GM you can damn well bet people would be banned.
