I'd say this situation is pretty cut and dry. Falling asleep at your bind is one thing, but training is another. From what I'm hearing darwoth not only trained dwigus onto his bind but ensnared it so that even while fallen was zoning it wouldn't be able to path away. I'm sure GMs are looking into this as this is a clear cut case of premeditated training (lol really, you ensnared it to stay on top of his bind) and is against really the only rule of the server.

Sounds like you guys should be plotting some sort of revenge instead of crying to GM's. Your guild has the largest amount of high level players. This is the kind of drama this server needs.

Maybe I'm wrong but can you clarify if this is logged server side in any way? I'm fairly certain it can be determined on the blue server ie: when something was agro'd, by who, etc with time stamp.

and what is your opinion on the legality of waiting for said mob to catch up, then rooting/snaring it next to someone's bind?

While I usually am in favor of Gloinz's opinion for a harsher pvp environment, I've also stated that the population needs to remain healthy for this to be enjoyable. Time to come off those SZ griefer roots a little and realize legalized training will certainly kill our last and greatest box.
