Is this something that will be implemented?

IMO should be at the top of priority list since guard/faction assist is pretty important on a red server.

On live you could feel somewhat safe sitting by a guard in your home city (or even going afk). Right now it is just like any other zone though and probably a particularly shitty experience for newbies/bluebies who get caught with their pants down in Qeynos while a nearby guard just chills.
