They don't. There is nothing racist about "Holocaust" as a guild name.

There is something racist about identifying yourselves as the perpetrators of a "Holocaust" that the majority of English speakers--as very clearly demonstrated by The Chicago Manual of Style, my google argument, and just plain common sense--identify with the "Holocaust."

Even if you don't personally associate "Holocaust" with the "Holocaust" then you must concede that many, if not the majority of English speakers, do. Refusing to acknowledge that widespread association is completely absurd.

And to disregard the fact that having a guild called "Holocaust" on the server offends a large demographic is racist, immoral, and simply out of touch with reality, as demonstrated by the aforementioned poll.

People being offended by words is what is wrong with the world. Do yourself a favor and stop being a pussy. Your "words hurt" mentality is only going to ruin any child you have/will have.
