Who will be going from Blue99 to Red99?

PVP server is going to be awesome i have another 2-3 people that are going to play who do not post here. also vz/tz probably has roughly 80 or so die hards who are going to play this server religiously add to that number all the b99 players who will transfer and other players who will be attracted and you've definately got the population for a decent classic server. My body is ready even though the server will be pushing forward with some mechanics that I don't agree with.

There's no real point to going red. I'm saying this as a both a PVP and EQ junkie.

Red 99 will have level range to initiate pvp, which leads to all kinds of horrific problems.

If there is item loot, or even coin loot, I'll head over to Red99. If not, i'll stay here. EQ pvp is cool and all, but if theres no risk for reward then why bother with farming everything I have again. I played on Rallos Zek, since the get go with Flowers, and the item loot dynamic made PVP an unreal and addictive experience.

I think its a legitimate genre and play style...

just most western english speaking people don't like it... It seems more popular in eastern/asian countries.

Look at games like age of conan or EvE.... they have solid base populations... but its not terribly large....

It's kind of a niche genre (not saying to demean the genre but thats what it is)

So nobody should really worry about a huge population shift lol

but yah I'm posting in a troll thread heh... thats part of pvp also i suppose.. the trash talk element.....

I'll stop with the logic and reason now ;p
