Some people can't hold their weed though, just like many people can't hold their alcohol. I've seen plenty of people I wouldn't want doing anything but sitting on a couch after smoking. Especially girls or people new to smoking.
That said, for people who do it regularly, functioning is not a problem at all no matter how baked. I drive all the time like that - never had any problems - in fact, my only wreck that was my fault - I was completely sober, it was that damn pretty girl's fault on the side of the road...

Lol so true. I love driving stoned. Its like playing NFS. In fact, I am probably much less of a threat on the road baked seeing as I stick to the right lane and go the speed limit with cruise control set. (Chewing on my fingers PRAYING TO GOD that no cop pulls up behind me, I get so paranoid.)
Driving sober? You better watch out for me on the road.. I love to weave through traffic and see how far I can get before having to cut off 75mph cruise control. (Which is why I tend to do most of my driving after a blunt or a bowl now)
Still have never got in a crash in 5 years of driving.. few speeding tickets though.
