Van, how is pvp for you so far as a ranger with decent equipment?

Kiarie is my druid. We win more fights then we lose at the moment, quite a few more. The biggest issue we have is not being able to stop people from gating honestly. He also isn't buffed at all with those resists and we haven't been hunting for gear for a while. Since most people on this server are easily snared we can kill them with out any real issues. Since bow damage is so low in classic he was hitting for 20's and crititng for around 38 (though it would say 48). Its enough to harass runners and do some damage before closing on people.
