What about the fact that there were tons of completely retarded overpowered shit on live, but it worked out cause no one knew about it until they changed it (only very few knew) but here everyone knows.

There is no true definition of classic, the resist codes on live changed with every patch, no one can really pin point exactly how it was from each patch change unless you have a developer change log telling the exact algorithm changes from each patch.

I honestly don't see the big issues with the current system, at 75 mr i resist mostly all immobilize spells, sometimes they land for a second, not a big deal once i get jboots.
The classic definition is defined all over this website, it's how the game was, no later than 1999. Simple...

The overpowered classic shit is my point. If we are balancing resists, where does it end? Why not balance Rogues? Rangers? Warriors? The answer normally given is that it's classic, but obviously that no longer applies. Which is terrible.
